Policies

Any damaged items must reported to Soo Many Baskets within 3 days of receiving your gift items.   Soo Many Baskets will have your items picked up and will replace your gift basket once the item has been received by our receiving department.   If there was an error on our part we will replace your gift basket once the item is back in our possession.
