Substitution Policy:
 
If we are out of a particular product, we will substitute for another item that is equal to or greater in value.  
 
Deliveries to Hospitals/Hotels:
 
Hospital Deliveries:  Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hospital when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address.  Should you elect to ship to a hospital address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced within hospitals, or a gift arriving after a patient has been checked out.  If the person has already been discharged there will be an additional pick up fee of $15.
 
Hotel Deliveries:
 
Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hotel when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address.  Should you elect to ship to a hotel address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced, failure of hotel staff to deliver the gift to the guest, or a gift arriving after a guest has checked out.
 
Ground Shipping/Delivery Times:
 
Shipping and handling fees for each gift basket ordered going by ground delivery is free in the continental United States when orders exceed $100.00 All baskets orders under $100.00 is priced accordingly.  Three day, Two day, overnight gifts have additional shipping fees and are listed next to each basket.  We use different methods of shipping in order to keep prices down. When cost effective, we will use USPS.   You cannot specify a specific time of day for your basket to be delivered. FedEx and UPS delivers all day long and there is no way of knowing when they will be in a specific neighborhood. FedEx and UPS drivers do not call ahead of time to let you know when delivery will be made.
 
 
All orders placed over the weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. All orders placed Monday through Friday will ship out same day if placed by 2pm est otherwise it will be shipped next business day. For Federal Express home delivery baskets are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. We have several locations nationwide and will pick the order based upon availability and proximity to the recipient.  If ordering alcohol adult signature is required.
 
Deliveries that contain alcohol require an adult signature. A doorman. employee of a hotel or office can sign for your gift if they are over 21. If your gift is delivered via FedEx or UPS and recipient is not home to sign for it we can not cancel your order.
 
FedEx and UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver a gift. Recipient can also make arrangements with the closest FedEx  or UPS facility to hold package for pickup. If your gift is returned back to us and you wish to cancel your order a $20 fee is required. YOU CANNOT SPECIFY TIME OF DAY FOR YOUR PACKAGE. FEDEX AND UPS drivers also do not call recipient to make arrangements ahead of time. If you know someone won't be home it might be a good idea to send to recipient's place of work. FEDEX H0ME DELIVERY delivers Tuesday - Saturday. For businesses FedEx delivers Monday - Friday.
 
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We make every effort to guarantee total satisfaction.  On the rare occasion that a gourmet food item or specialty container is out of stock OR due to warm weather conditions, be assured that your gift recipient will receive a similar item of equal or greater value.
 
FUTURE DELIVERY DATES
 
We make every effort to have your gift delivered on the date you request. We cannot guarantee your gift will arrive if FedEx or UPS fail to get it there on time
 
HOLIDAY SEASON
 
During the holiday season we make every attempt to deliver your gifts on the date that you request. If you are adding an item to your basket or customizing it in any way this can delay delivery. During the height of the season UPS and FedEx are doing their best to get boxes delivered on time and we cannot be held responsible for delays in boxes reaching recipient late.

Hand Deliveries
 
We can hand deliver gift baskets to Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan for $50 Mondays through Fridays.  Additional stops are extra.  If the recipient is not available to accept the basket and another person has not been authorized to sign for the package it will be returned to our location and another delivery fee will be applied in order for it to be redelivered. We do our best to get your gift basket delivered the next business day.  During the holiday season allow up to 2 business days for baskets to be hand delivered. If we are delivering a gift basket to a building that has a doorman please put that in the special instruction part of the order form.  Orders need to be scheduled in advance so we can call the recipient and make arrangements that someone will be there to sign for the basket. If you need to schedule a basket a specific day you must request that in the special instructions part of the order form. Hand deliveries need to be placed by 9am est.
 
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
 
Currently we are not delivering out of the United States.

We don't refund any perishable items such as macarons.
