I am pleased with the cooperation I received from Soo Many Baskets. I live in Canada and sent a basket for my significant other in the USA. My questions were answered properly and response time for my calls were second to none. I was also updated on whatever was done. He loves his basket and I would shop here again knowing that I would be treated as if I was the only customer. That's how special they made me feel. (Almost) Too Good to be True

I panicked when I realized my out-of-state friend's birthday was a couple days away, and didn't think any package would reach her in time. I was assured that this would, and quite frankly, didn't believe it - but somehow SMB made it happen!! I'm still astonished, quite frankly. I also panicked when I realized I mixed up the address on the shipping label, but SMB fixed it promptly and without complaint. Excellent service all-around. Thank you!!

I ordered this basket for friends that went on holidays to New York recently and they were delighted with their gift. What I just want readers to know is the absolutely fantastic customer service I received from So Many Baskets who went above and beyond normal service to ensure the gift was delivered before my friends left for home.
